Open Swim (T, Th, Sun) from 1:00-6:00 p.m.
PM Lap Sim (T, Th) from 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Family Night Swim (T, Th, Sun) from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Self paced course emphasizes muscle tonement through various exercises in the water.

Aerobics passes and punch cards available and are interchangeable between Aerobics and Swimnastics.
