JMC Family App & Online Payments

There’s a JMC Family app that you can download right to your phone! With the app, you can check account balances, make online payments, and more—all in one convenient place.

👉 Simply search JMC Family in your phone’s App Store to download.

If you prefer to use a computer, you can also access payments through the JMC Parent Portal.


How to Make an Online Payment

  1. Login to the JMC Parent Portal (link above).

  2. Select Lunch from the menu on the left side.

  3. Click the JMC Online Deposit for Families button at the top of the screen.

  4. Enter the dollar amount you are paying (no fees are charged).

  5. Enter your full name (First, Last).

  6. Provide your credit card or bank information.

  7. Enter your email address (a receipt will be sent to you).

  8. (Optional) Click Save to My Account if you would like your payment information saved for future use.

  9. Click Submit — your payment will be applied to your account immediately.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
