Elementary Principal – Benson Public Schools ISD 0777
Benson Public Schools is seeking a positive, energetic and innovative educational leader for
Northside Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year.
Job Summary: Provide leadership for the instructional program, as well as coordinate the
implementation, review, and revision of the curriculum at the building level. Manage the
operation and functions of the elementary school.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the oversight of academic programming
-Coordinates school activities and addresses issues.
-Develops, monitors, and evaluates programs to enhance positive school culture and climate
-Implements policies, procedures and processes for the purpose of providing direction and complying with mandated requirements
-Oversees assessment program.
Additional Duties
Performs other related tasks as assigned by request.

Education/Certification/Licensure Requirement:
-BA or BS degree required.
-6th Year Certificate or Specialist degree in Educational Leadership required.
