Speech-Language Pathologist, 1.0 FTE

We're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team!

In this role, you will provide leadership, advocacy, and collaboration in the field of speech and language, offering vital prevention, assessment, and remediation services. You’ll work directly with students to help them overcome challenges in speech, language, voice, and fluency, ensuring they can succeed academically and socially. The position is open until filled. The annual salary range for this position is $55,700-$80,000. Pay will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Discovery Kids Early Learning Program Director
The Early Learning Program Director will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and meaningful leadership for Discovery Kids, Early Childhood Family Education, School Readiness, and Voluntary Preschool Programs. Responsibilities will include managing budgets and finances, developing policies, oversight of licensing, ensuring comprehensive and appropriate program activities, and overseeing staff recruitment, orientation, and supervision. This is a year-round position. Annual salary for this positions starts at $40,000. Pay will be determined based on experience.


Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or an approved field of study.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
- Meet the qualifications of a childcare center Director through DHS Rule 3 licensing, including education, supervision, and experience hours.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience.

Title 1 Teacher, 1.0 FTE

This position would develop weekly lesson plans that support student learning, prepare and/or assemble materials to use with small groups or individuals, administer FastBridge assessments for students grades K-5, and provide a positive learning environment where all students can succeed.

​

Education/Certification/Licensure Requirement:

BA/BS Elementary Education degree or BA/BS degree (preferred)

Experience working within a school system (preferred)

This The position is open until filled. Starting pay for this position is $22.67/hour. Pay will be determined based on experience.
 

Paraprofessional (Pre-K through Grade 5), 1.0 FTE

Benson Public Schools is seeking a supportive, dependable, and motivated paraprofessional.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

1. High school degree, GED, or equivalent experience; and

2. Holds one of the following to meet the Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirement or will obtain within the probationary period:

--At least two years of college credits (usually 60 credits in Minnesota)

--An AA, AS, AAS (or higher) degree

--Obtain the PELSB Paraprofessional Credential

--Passing score of 460 (or higher) on the ParaPro Assessment

--Passing score of 65% (or higher) for the Instructional Support test and 70% (or higher) for the Knowledge and Application test on the Minnesota Service Cooperatives ParaEducator Proctored Test

Salary range for this position is: $16.63-$21.19. Pay will be determined based on experience.​
